Service 01, GCOM Project Readiness Review

Find every gap before the VVB does.

A structured review of project ownership, methodology fit, boundary, baseline, additionality, monitoring plan, SDG contribution, double-counting risk, and supporting evidence. Output is a single document that a VVB can read in under an hour.
Service 01

GCOM Project Readiness Review

Before any validation engagement is signed, project owners should know exactly where they stand against the GCOM rulebook. We run a structured 19-dimension readiness assessment, score the project 0 to 100, and produce a remediation plan with prioritised actions. Most projects close their highest-impact gaps in four to eight weeks.
