PDD and Methodology Support
The PDD is the foundational document of any GCOM project. Done right, it answers every question a VVB will ask. Done casually, it triggers iterations that delay validation by months. We use the official GCOM PDD form structure (Sections A through G) and map every input to the relevant SA-DNA methodology before the document is touched.

- Baseline scenario quantification with EF sourcing (KSA grid 0.568, sectoral defaults)
- Investment, barrier, and common practice additionality analysis
- Project boundary statement, GHG sources and sinks map
- Monitoring plan: parameters, instruments, frequency, QA/QC
- Stakeholder consultation log structure
- Evidence index linking every claim to a source document
Not in scope
- Validation opinion (DNA-accredited VVB only)
- Operating the MRV data room post-issuance (see Service 03)
- Detailed engineering or feasibility studies

- Stakeholder consultation history (or willingness to run two rounds)
