Service 04, VVB Coordination Desk
A clean hand-off to the VVB. A clean response on findings.
We prepare the project for engagement with a DNA-accredited validation or verification body and manage the technical coordination. VVB comparison, conflict-of-interest screening, validation package, response tracker.
Service 04
VVB Coordination Desk
The validation or verification engagement is where calendar time and cost can balloon. Most of the slippage comes from disorganised packages, slow responses to findings, and unclear ownership of corrective actions. The coordination desk fixes all three. We screen VVBs against the project, structure the package, and run the response tracker through the closing of every finding.
